Processing Timeline

For PRE-SALE Orders:  Please reference the order window and shipping window within the pre-sale style listing. Items will take several weeks to produce and ship.

All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

FREE SHIPPING TO USA ON ORDERS OVER $125

We offer $15 flat rate shipping within the United States for orders under $125. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within 15 miles of DAVIS, CA. For orders under $75, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am-4pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: CANADA, UK, EU countries

We offer $15 flat rate shipping to CANADA

We offer $30 flat rate shipping to EUROPE/UK 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ESTELLA MOON is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@estella-moon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
